As our Workspace Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our office needs and operations across multiple countries, including Jordan, KSA, Dubai, and Egypt and many to come. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a driven and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for opening new offices, managing maintenance providers, stock management, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our workspaces in multiple countries. You will play a critical role in our company’s expansion and success, and we’re looking for someone who is up for the challenge and eager to make a significant impact.

Your top responsibilities:

  • Managing office facilities across multiple countries, including opening new offices and managing existing offices.
  • Handling office expansion, such as lease negotiations and renovations.
  • Managing office supply inventory, including tissue, stationery, and other supplies, and ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Supervising cleaning crews and ensuring the cleanliness of office spaces.
  • Planning and organizing travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for employees in different countries.
  • Managing maintenance providers, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other providers, to ensure the office facilities are in good condition.
  • Carrying out clerical duties, such as responding to emails and preparing documents.
  • Organizing company events across multiple countries.
  • Taking care of the personal needs of the executives.
  • Performing other relevant duties as needed.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in office management and workspace management
  • Proven experience in managing office expansion, including opening new offices in different countries in the Mena region.
  • Strong ownership and the ability to take responsibility for your work.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Great communication skills in person, in writing, and over the phone.
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Knowledge of stock management and maintenance provider management.
  • Experience in budget management.
