Roles and responsibilities:
- Assessing employment practices, employer-provided accommodation and transport
- Interviewing workers about their working conditions and delivering training on worker welfare subjects
- Delivering detailed written reports in accurate and concise English and upload these to an online platform
- Ensuring good quality and timely deliverables with clear presentation of findings
- Undertaking ad-hoc investigations into grievances and issues reported by workers
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
