Windows 11 OS Administration Skill Requirement (L2)
- Installing, setting, and keeping track of computer networks and the equipment they contain, such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, intranet connections.
- Analysing, identifying, fixing, and recording Network and Client problems.
- Establishing and keeping up system records and reports, such as user manuals and update logs.
- Establishing connections between computers and local and wide networks.
- Ensuring the data and infrastructure of the organization are secure.
- Performing daily security backups in case a server or program were to malfunction.
- Restoring service to prevent any unhappy customers or financial losses.
- Updating staff on system updates and modifications.
- In-depth Knowledge of Operating Systems Windows 11.
- Familiarity with Hardware
- Knowledge of Coding, Networking and Cloud computing will be added advantage.

Manage Engine Endpoint Central Administration Skill Requirement (L2)
- Installation and Setup of Manage Engine Endpoint Central
- Patch Management, Owning the task of monthly Windows OS patch cycle.
- Submitting change request every month and coordinating with Change and Problem Manager
- Coordinating with Support team for troubleshooting.
- Software Deployment
- USB Restriction Management
- Working on the gaps where and when it appears regarding deployment of missing client/agents on user machines.
- Schedule and extract reports as required.
- Removing unwanted softwareβs from user machines.
- Working closely with IT Security team to work on risk mitigation
- Improve Asset Management
- Maintain Configuration of the tool
- Maintain architecture and quality documents
- Setup monitoring of server health and performance
- Manage Access Control list
- Response to Audit requirement
- Reporting on Incompatible machines, unresponsive or offline clients.
- Application Patching
- Coordination with local partner and vendor i.e., Manage Engine and Microsoft.
