Al-Futtaim Group’s entrepreneurship and relentless customer focus enables the organisation to continue to grow and expand; responding to the changing needs of our customers within the societies in which we operate.<br><br>By upholding our values of respect, excellence, collaboration and integrity; Al-Futtaim Group continues to enrich the lives and aspirations of our customers each and every day.<br><br><strong>Overview of the role:<br></strong><ul><li>The primary focus of the role will be responsible for cleaning the window space of any dirt and should prepare the window for tint by applying smoothing agents and primer.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What you will do: <br></strong><ul><li>Cleaning the windows of any dirt and debris.</li><li>Applying smoothening agents to prepare the windows for work.</li><li>Understanding the vehicle window specifications and customer requirements before beginning the tinting procedure.</li><li>Stripping old window tint and applying primer before fitting the new one.</li><li>Using different tint cutting techniques.</li><li>Installing window tints using appropriate tools like a heat gun, soft squeegee, and spray bottle.</li><li>Reviewing and providing the customer with an approximate quote and completion timeline.</li><li>Maintaining a clean workstation during and after the window tinting procedure.</li><li>Explaining and recommending various window tints to the customers.</li><li>Advising customers on the after-care procedures.</li><li>Taking accurate measurements of the window and glass size. </li><li>Collaborating with team members to provide top customers’ service.</li><li>Staying up to date with the latest additions to window tints.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills to be successful:<br></strong><ul><li>- Knowledge of different automobiles and car types.</li><li> – Familiar with various hand tools and display excellent physical dexterity.</li><li> – Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li> – Paint protection is experience.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About the Team:<br></strong><ul><li>Reporting to the Service Manager and will work closely with the Sales and Aftersales team.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What equips you for the role:<br></strong><ul><li>Diploma.</li><li>3 years’ experience as a Window Tinter or a similar position in the Automotive industry.</li><li>Basic knowledge of different window tints and installation techniques.</li><li>Customer management.</li><li>Paint protection is experience will be desirable.</li><li>Mastering in using installation equipment and hand tools like cutters, screwdrivers, and files.</li><li>Ability to work for long and flexible hours.</li><li>Attention to detail. <br><br></li></ul>We’re here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Before you click “apply”: Please read the job description carefully to ensure you can confidently demonstrate <strong>why</strong> this opportunity is right for you and take the time to put together a well-crafted and personalised CV to further boost your visibility.
