WHP Preservation Coordinator

<ul><li>Assist and support the Commissioning Site Leader in Leading Preservation activities of the Wellhead Platform during preparation and execution phases.</li><li>The Commissioning Preservation Coordinator will report directly to the Commissioning Site Leader</li><li>To assess satisfactory works responsibilities and job function in a safe and timely manner.</li><li>To comply with COMPANY standards, rules and regulations</li><li>Adhere to and effectively communicate Project HSE WORKSITE(S) instructions and policies.</li><li>Proactively intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report them to HSE department</li><li>Act as a focal point and liaise directly with other working groups, Contractor or Subcontractor counterparts to ensure effective preservation is completed across all required interfaces.</li><li>Coordinate Preservation / Cleanliness verification and assurance checks with the Commissioning team</li><li>Provide support to enable the completion of preservation activities to ensure plant and equipment remains in good condition and is operable for the duration of the project.</li><li>Be an integral part of a multi-disciplined, integrated commissioning team safely &amp; effectively executing equipment preservation.</li><li>Ensure the Preservation Supervisors and Team Leaders are informed of progress and issues throughout all project phases.</li><li>Other preservation related activities as requested by the Manager or Leads</li><li>Lead and demonstrate excellent personal HSSE (Health, Safety, Security &amp; Environmental) behaviors always and ensure that the project safely delivers quality. </li><li>Hands on role providing direction/assistance to all facilities preservation personnel ensuring a high level of focus is maintained on HSSE including company Golden Safety Rules</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Your Tasks</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Review the preparation of Preservation procedures (write the procedure if necessary, in order to respect the planning) and reporting tools prepared by contractors (such as but not limited to: including technical database, planning, punch lists control and follow-up of the disciplines concerned);</li><li>Promote safety within the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures are implemented and follow by CONTRACTOR and COMPANY;</li><li>Coordinate with other project entities / disciplines /existing facilities;</li><li>Ensure database of the preservation equipment available and necessary recording sheet provided by the Contractor;</li><li>Leadership and coordination of other work groups across multiple work fronts to support the Preservation team;</li><li>Ensure field preservation activities are executed in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the agreed Safe System of Work</li><li>To conduct Preservation work throughout the offshore preservation phase;</li><li>Supervise and audit Contractor Resources to ensure de-preservation / re-preservation is properly implemented and recorded;</li><li>Advise a team of Contractor Preservation technicians in offshore to ensure Preservation activities are executed consistently with the Preservation Strategy / Execution Plan;</li><li>Monitor equipment to ensure correct preservation activities are being implemented and recorded during all phases of the project;</li><li>Monitor construction/completion of equipment and systems ensuring preservation compliance against the approved supplier’s preservation procedures;</li><li>Work closely with 3rd party contractors providing services and supplying materials or equipment for preservation;</li><li>Liaise with other disciplines to ensure safe completion of preservation activities;</li><li>Contribute to the internal and external project teams and EPC Contractor groups;</li><li>Ensure Preservation Observations are closed out satisfactorily.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Your Profile</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent in engineering;</li><li>Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil &amp; gas industry with minimum 7 years’ experience in commissioning / pre commissioning / preservation roles;</li><li>Can demonstrate good HSSE behaviors and understanding relating to work in the Oil &amp; Gas industry;</li><li>Awareness of safety culture in Offshore for the Oil &amp; Gas industry;</li><li>Experience of coordination / support for multi-disciplinary teams;</li><li>Strong interpersonal and good communication skills;</li><li>Language: Fluent English;</li><li>Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment;</li><li>H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Our Offer</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Salary:</li><ul><li>Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance</li></ul><li>Work Schedule:</li><ul><li>9 Hours / 6 Days</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Duration:</li><ul><li>31-JUL-2024 with possible extension</li></ul><li>Location:</li><ul><li>Qatar</li></ul></ul>
