ACTIVITIES – PREPARATION PHASE Review the preparation of Preservation procedures (write the procedure if necessary, in order to respect the planning) and reporting tools prepared by contractors (such as but not limited to: including technical database, planning, punch lists control and follow-up of the disciplines concerned) Promote safety within the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures are implemented and follow by CONTRACTOR and COMPANY. Coordinate with other project entities / disciplines /existing facilities. Ensure database of the preservation equipment available and necessary recording sheet provided by the Contractor ACTIVITIES – EXECUTION PHASE Leadership and coordination of other work groups across multiple work fronts to support the Preservation team. Ensure field preservation activities are executed in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the agreed Safe System of Work To conduct Preservation work throughout the offshore preservation phase Supervise and audit Contractor Resources to ensure de-preservation / re-preservation is properly implemented and recorded. Advise a team of Contractor Preservation technicians in offshore to ensure Preservation activities are executed consistently with the Preservation Strategy / Execution Plan Monitor equipment to ensure correct preservation activities are being implemented and recorded during all phases of the project. Monitor construction/completion of equipment and systems ensuring preservation compliance against the approved supplier’s preservation procedures Work closely with 3rd party contractors providing services and supplying materials or equipment for preservation. Liaise with other disciplines to ensure safe completion of preservation activities. Business/Operational: Contribute to the internal and external project teams and EPC Contractor groups. Ensure Preservation Observations are closed out satisfactorily Qualifications &amp; Experience<p><br></p>Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent in engineering, Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil &amp; gas industry with minimum 7 years’ experience in commissioning / pre commissioning / preservation roles Can demonstrate good HSSE behaviors and understanding relating to work in the Oil &amp; Gas industry. Awareness of safety culture in Offshore for the Oil &amp; Gas industry Experience of coordination / support for multi-disciplinary teams Strong interpersonal and good communication skills, Language: Fluent English Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment, H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
