WFJ Training Manager

Job Description

As part of the Chanel WFJ team, and reporting to the WFJ Director, you will train sales associates across the region to develop Maison, Product, Technical knowledge and selling skills to enrich the client journey &amp; experience and improve retail performance. On the floor follow up of the trainings shared so as ensure implementation. Encourage and establish learning culture in boutiques through floor training &amp; coaching sessions.<p><br></p><strong>YOUR MISSIONS</strong><p><br></p>Assess the teams’ individual learning needs and performance to develop and align with concerned parties on short, mid &amp; long-term training and development plans<p><br></p>Analyze Mystery Shopping results and individual KPIs of the sales team to identify areas of development and plan for necessary support<p><br></p>Contributes to defining the training calendar based on learning needs / retail excellence projects/partners requests/strategy for the Middle East<p><br></p>Roll-out training programs as per training calendar (onboarding of newcomers, product &amp; client experience training)<p><br></p>Deep understanding of the company culture, heritage, product pillars and seasonal collection knowledge<p><br></p>Support team on the floor through follow-up sessions to enhance client service, storytelling and selling techniques in accordance with the Chanel standard<p><br></p>Adaptation/creation of training materials for the Middle East and the organization of training events<p><br></p>Follow up with the team on the completion of the modules on the E-learning platform<p><br></p>Update and extract periodic reports on online, in-class training &amp; mystery shopping results<p><br></p><strong>YOUR PROFILE</strong><p><br></p>Minimum 4 years of related work experience with minimum 1 experience in the luxury industry. A retail experience is a plus.<p><br></p>Excellent presentation and public speaking skills &amp; Excellent organization skills<p><br></p>An in-depth understanding of Luxury Retail, Client Experience, and selling skills are required<p><br></p>Brand and strong general WFJ knowledge is required<p><br></p>Excellent understanding of Adult Learning and blended learning. Demonstrate ability to influence, strong follow-up skills<p><br></p>Strong facilitation and empathy, genuine interest in people<p><br></p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills<p><br></p>Reliable team player, accountable for delivering results and ready to help the team<p><br></p>Language proficiency in English<p><br></p>Willing to travel frequently
