If you have a strong background in welding and fabrication within the oil and gas sector, this is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Key Tasks and Responsibilities: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide expert guidance and technical support to welding operations within the fabrication yard, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.</li><li>Oversee welding activities, including welding procedures, equipment selection, consumable choices, and quality control measures.</li><li>Develop and implement welding programs and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with welding specifications and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Train and mentor welding personnel, ensuring their proficiency in welding techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Coordinate with client representatives and external stakeholders to address welding-related queries and provide technical guidance.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Essential Qualifications and Education:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
