<p>Elsalon.net is Egypt’s first traditional marriage platform. We have 170 success stories over more than three years of serving Egyptians looking for their soulmates. We seek a <strong>moderator</strong> (located in Egypt) who is passionate about helping people and solving their problems, with a strong niche in customer support. She will work remotely and be responsible for moderating the platform, providing answers to users urgent questions, solving their problems and helping the network grow. <strong>This is a challenging job and it is about moderating a platform (not a social media page!) and requires attention to many details and work under pressure.</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>The accepted applicant should have a very dynamic character, a lot of common sense, self-learning skills, and a lot of wisdom in dealing with social problems. She also should be a very good team player who will not stop proposing new ideas!</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>This position is offered initially for a (part-time) 5-hour shift (6 days/week) shift in the morning/afternoon shifts with the possibility to extend it to a full-time position later.
