Job Description :
Required Technical Skill Set:
WebMethods 8.x, 9.x (IS, Broker, TN, centrasite, mediator), Knowledge in Adapters –JDBC, Flat Files, webService.
Must-Have:
- WebMethods 8.x, 9.x (IS, Broker, TN, centrasite, mediator), Knowledge in Adapters –JDBC, Flat Files, webServices,
- Production support experience
- Troubleshooting skills
- Unix Working Knowledge
Good-to-Have:
- Basic Telecom E2E Understanding
- Administration knowledge
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
- Excellent communication skills to deliver efficiently.
- Working in shifts on need basis
- Deployments using Web methods deployer and automated jobs
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem)
- Experience in testing of services through SOAP.
- Experience on handling admin activities like scheduler configurations, adapter configurations, certificate setup, LDAP configurations, JMS configurations, server monitoring and others.
- Daily monitoring of Production environment and sending reports.
- Performing weekly and monthly patching activities and certificate upgrade.
