<p>Job Description and Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Technical Support L2 who is proficient in administrating Linux &amp; Windows operating systems, has good spoken English, and is willing to develop his career in the technical field.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>Experience in troubleshooting of the Linux and the Windows Problems view in an Enterprise environment;</p><p>At least one year of experience with Linux operating systems including RedHat and CentOS distributions</p><p>Networking understanding: TCP \ IP, DNS, Routing;</p><p>Being familiar with Domain Registration, Hosting Services, and Mail operations;</p><p>Solid troubleshooting skills</p><p>Being familiar with content management systems (such as WordPress);</p><p>Network and server performance monitoring and analysis.</p><p>Able to assist with technical sales e.g. sales engineering</p><p><br></p><p>Would be an advantage:</p><p>Experience with WHM / cPanel, Plesk;</p><p>Experience in one or more programming languages relevant to scripting, automation, and general tooling: Python, Bash, PowerShell, PHP, Go;</p><p>Having customer support experience or technical support experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Provisioning technical support to the customers around the world, including:</p><p>Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and solve software problems on systems;</p><p>Administration and support for monitoring, configuration, and logging services (Nagios, InfluxDB, Grafana, Graylog, Prometheus);</p><p>Support other internal departments;</p><p>Responding to customers via Email / Ticket System;</p><p>Providing Support to customers via Live Chat in tough technical cases;</p><p>Installation and configuration of the software per customer’s requests or internal needs;</p><p>Keeping the Department documentation up to date.</p><p><br></p><p>We offer:</p><p>Competitive salary level;</p><p>Opportunity to practice English and communication skills through interaction with clients from all over the world;</p><p>career development opportunity;</p><p>friendly atmosphere;</p><p>Remote work </p><p>Learn more about us at www.AIT.com .</p>
