Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• To support Warehouse Supervisor for operation improvements and space Management.
• To Coordinate with WH Supervisor and Shared Services for loading and dispatching Non Moveable material from the warehouse.
• Ensure correct Truck planning requests are passed to Transportation Planner for arranging the Trucks on time in the absence of the Warehouse supervisor.
• To close All Non-Technical Claims by coordinating with Warehouse supervisor within 5 Days.
• Identify root cause of customer claims and support Warehouse supervisor in reduction of claims
• To ensure full warehouse operation is carried out with proper safety procedures.
• Safety Talk is given in the beginning of each shift.
• Ensure all Firefighting equipment’s and Fire brigade route is clear and not blocked.
• Ensure to report all unsafe activities (Near Miss) to warehouse supervisor via email.
• Ensure all MHE are in good condition and safe, in beginning of shift.
• Ensure to report any Mal function of MHE to maintenance team and WH Supervisor.
• Ensure good steel pallets, wooden pallets are in use also check there is sufficient light is available in warehouse to perform warehouse activities.
• Managing the Finished Goods Warehouse Operations having variety of SKU’s in coordination with the warehouse supervisor.
• Ensure Correct Receipt of quantity and quality from production and correct updating in SAP.
• To ensure material is stored and handled as per KIMMCO storage and material handling procedures.
• To ensure all material is cleaned, dust free and properly packed prior to loading.
• To ensure Trailer and container is not having any damages or they are suitable to load full
