Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team in logistics and stock control activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

β€’ Planning, directing, and coordinating all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
β€’ Managing and supervising the warehouse team to ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
β€’ Developing and implementing inventory control procedures to ensure that stock levels are optimized and wastage is minimized.
β€’ Coordinating with other departments within the company, including sales, procurement, and customer service, to ensure that all warehouse activities support the overall goals of the organization.
β€’ Monitoring and reporting on warehouse performance, including stock levels, order fulfillment rates, and delivery times.
β€’ Ensuring that all warehouse operations comply with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
β€’ Managing relationships with logistics providers, including negotiating contracts and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
β€’ Preparing and presenting regular reports on warehouse operations and performance to senior management.
