<p><strong><u>Role Purpose:</u></strong></p><p>The primary function of this position is to put received shipment on location as per the document/system, do picking against pick list, cleaning, Packing, Unpacking, loading, offloading, container stuffing, de stuffing and handling of all shipment as instructed by Senior Logistics Officer.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Operations:</u></strong></p><ul><li> Moves inventory and materials across facilities.</li><li>Receives new shipments against PO thru scanner.</li><li>Picks daily replenishments and new shipments against transfer orders.</li><li>Conducts cycle count on a regular basis. </li><li>Processes inventory for delivery to designated location. </li><li>Sorts, organizes and store’s inventory at the proper location.</li><li>Packages items and labels correctly according to requirements. </li><li>Scans items and ensures quality. </li><li>Reports damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.</li><li>Stacks and organizes large bulk items.</li><li>Removes inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location.</li><li>Updates logs and documentation for inventory processing.</li><li>Moves materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations.</li><li>Always Adheres to Health & Safety requirements at all times (i.e., wear safety gear).</li><li>Ensures workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles</li><li>Works as an active team member to complete team goals.</li><li>Prepares documentation and inventory for audits.</li><li>Ensures that newly arriving products are quickly accepted and arranged promptly and attractively in warehouse shelves/bins.</li><li>Performs basic duties in relation to new and existing merchandise, including price changes, tagging, ad set, and shelving arrangements’</li></ul><p><strong><u>Sales</u></strong></p><ul><li>Check all stock Returned from stores as per company guidelines and report discrepancies and defect to the manager.</li><li>Actively check stock availability in bins and report unavailability of the stock to the warehouse team leader.</li><li>Accountable for maintaining proper and free of variance picking and dispatching of the transfer orders to the stores.</li><li>Maintain HSE practices in the working environment at all times to minimize the opportunity of damaged stock, and to reduce the risk of injury to self and colleagues.</li><li>Maintain the warehouse as per the Company and brand standards at all times, including but not limited to cleanliness, tidiness and replenishment of stock and packing materials.</li><li>Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Standards</u></strong></p><ul><li>Perform daily floor walk and replenish stock as per operation direction.</li><li>Support warehouse activities such as timely picking of the transfer orders against promotions/Mid-season sales/end of season sales as required by the management team.</li><li>Support the warehouse team with shipment preparation for new launches/ New collection set up.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong><u>KPIs</u></strong></p><ul><li> Total Loss (Shrinkage/ Damages/ Waste)</li><li>Adherence to Operational policies and procedures</li><li>Audit Checklist</li><li>Timely replenishment of stock </li><li>Sustainability Initiatives</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u> </u><strong><u>Functional / Technical Competencies</u></strong></p><ul><li> Attention to Detail</li><li>Results Focused</li><li>Team Working</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Behavioral Competencies</u></strong></p><ul><li>Leads the Way – Is able to prioritize work based on urgency and impact.
