Vaccancy – Warehouse Assistant<p><br></p>Location: Abu Dhabi<p><br></p><strong><u>Role</u></strong><p><br></p>Requested materials from the Main Store.<p><br></p>Ensured the availability of all the items needed for the surgeries to avoid any inconveniences and delays. Arranged and coordinated with the purchasing department for any special requirements regarding items of the surgeons prior to the scheduled surgeries.<p><br></p>Checked and endorsed all the Consumable Billing Sheets to the ward clerk for billing.<p><br></p>Forwarded the Outside Implants Billing Sheet (Consignment Items) of every patient to the Purchase Department for system entry and proceed with the billing.<p><br></p>Assisted direct superiors and done related jobs that may be assigned.Practiced First in First Out inventory management.<p><br></p>Implemented File Management System and did all clerical works.<p><br></p>Made Monthly Inventory Reports of Stocks, Expired/Nearly-Expired Items Report, and Stock Value Report
