<p>We are a leading real estate agency seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales Consultants. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, providing excellent customer service, and building relationships with clients. Join us and explore the opportunity to excel in your real estate sales career with our team as a Real Estate Sales Consultant.</p><p>Additionally, freshers may apply.</p><p>Real estate brokers need at least two to three months of experience in leasing and the secondary market.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>We offer: 60% Commission or Salary with less Commission depending on previous work Experience</strong></p><p><strong>Visa</strong></p><p><strong>Sim Card</strong></p><p><strong>Company Car and Driver for Client Meetings</strong></p><p><strong>Unlimited Marketing Support &amp; Leads</strong></p><p><strong>Administrative Support.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Generate leads, prospect, and network to identify potential clients.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants.</li><li>Provide expert advice on property pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and assist in closing real estate transactions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Stay updated with industry news, regulations, and best practices related to real estate sales.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role in the real estate industry or sales background</li><li>Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and legal requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>High level of integrity and professionalism.</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.</li><li>Must be available to work on weekends and evenings, as needed.</li></ul>
