Key Responsibilities:
- To uphold the high standards of service of the Restaurant
- To provide friendly and courteous service with enthusiasm.
- To ensure the quality of products served to guests.
- To demonstrate a positive personality and professional image.
- To anticipate individual guests’ needs and desires and tailor the service accordingly.
- To be sensitive and responsive to individual guests’ needs and differences.
- To maximize sales by making suggestions and helping the guests to make choices.
- To exercise responsible selling and consumption of alcohol by the guest in accordance with local state laws.
- To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests.
- To ensure that every visit of the guest becomes an experience.
- To ensure constant and timely table turnover.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a fine/casual dine-in restaurant.
- Has a passion for food & beverage
- Enjoys delivering high-quality guest service in a welcoming manner.
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Communicates with fluency in English and with Native Arabic Speakers
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Willing to work on shifting the schedule
Benefits
