  • To uphold the high standards of service of the Restaurant
  • To provide friendly and courteous service with enthusiasm.
  • To ensure the quality of products served to guests.
  • To demonstrate a positive personality and professional image.
  • To anticipate individual guests’ needs and desires and tailor the service accordingly.
  • To be sensitive and responsive to individual guests’ needs and differences.
  • To maximize sales by making suggestions and helping the guests to make choices.
  • To exercise responsible selling and consumption of alcohol by the guest in accordance with local state laws.
  • To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests.
  • To ensure that every visit of the guest becomes an experience.
  • To ensure constant and timely table turnover.
  • To observe and practice teamwork always.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fine/casual dine-in restaurant.
  • Has a passion for food & beverage
  • Enjoys delivering high-quality guest service in a welcoming manner.
  • Loves interacting with guests and customers
  • Communicates with fluency in English and with Native Arabic Speakers
  • Committed to serving food of the highest quality
  • Willing to work on shifting the schedule

Benefits

Salary: 2000-2500
