Purpose of the role:

Maintain brand standards. Serve & host customers, handle orders transactions, promote sales and handle customers complains whenever appropriate. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction thus ensuring our customers return at all times. Waiter / Waitress could work as assigned by duty manage

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial

  • Achieving revenue targets as assigned

Internal process

  • Deliver highest level of customer service, greets customer pleasantly and politely while taking orders.
  • Meet specification of food handling procedures.
  • Fully aware of all menu items and current prices.
  • Prepare daily stocks for his working area.
  • Help other team members and offers suggestions to improve restaurant performance
  • Handle cash properly register (securing, counting & handover) as per cash handling policy.
  • Handle customer’s transaction as per cash handling policy.
  • Participate in promoting sales through effective suggestive selling & upselling.
  • Keeps work area, equipment’s, and utensils clean and sanitary.
  • Monitors product quality.
  • Performs general cleaning task (Emptying trash if needed, mopping floors, cleaning rest rooms, stock room, etc…)

People:

  • Courteous communication to all team members.
  • Support in the training process of new employees if needed and as per the standard

Customer

  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and notify managers accordingly

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school
  • Experience of at least 2 year working as waiter in a casual dining concept
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Engaging personality, good presentation and image
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexibility & adaptability
