Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests in a fine dining setting. Key daily responsibilites will include:

Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm welcomeProvide guests with menus and assist with any questions or concernsTake orders and enter them into the POS system accuratelyServe food and beverages in a timely and professional mannerMonitor guests’ dining experience and anticipate their needsCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctlyHandle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain a clean and organized dining area
