<p><strong>Position Title:</strong> VP – Wholesale Division</p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Fulltime</p><p><strong>Salary: </strong> all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification plus benefits</p><p><strong>Job Location: </strong> Dubai, UAE</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Client: </strong></p><p>One of the leading Retail Group in the region, having major branches within UAE operating across GCC for high quality global brands at a competitive price for electronics.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>Drive overall business growth and profitability by developing and implementing effective business strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share across all business verticals.</li><li>Manage and oversee the expansion of the organization’s business operations in both local and international markets while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and business partners.</li><li>Establish and maintain a culture of high-performance, accountability, and transparency across the organization.</li><li>Oversee the development of new business systems and processes to ensure efficiency and scalability across all business functions.</li><li>Lead the organization’s efforts to embrace new technologies and innovations to drive business growth and competitiveness.</li><li>Manage and oversee all financial and operational activities to ensure organizational performance and sustainability.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to senior executives and managers to ensure effective performance and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA for Top B Schools is preferred</li><li>At least 3 years related experience on same role as VP/CEO/Chairman</li><li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex business environment</li></ul>
