<p><strong>Company Profile:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Property Finder is the leading digital real estate platform in the Middle East and North Africa region.</li><li>With a C-Level team of ex Facebook, Google, eBay, Zillow, PepsiCo and McKinsey executives we are backed by General Atlantic, a US based private equity company, who have invested in Facebook, Uber, Airbnb, Snapchat, Alibaba and Klarna.</li><li>A UAE-born startup, Property Finder expanded its operations to Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey over the years.</li><li>The company is one of the largest technology start-ups in the region and on a journey to becoming a Unicorn.</li><li>We are aspiring to create a lighthouse technology company which will have a lasting impact in the entire tech ecosystem in our geography.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Create and execute the overall B2B Marketing Strategy for Property Finder.</li><li>Contribute to the development and execution of a thought leadership strategy in line with our brand purpose in B2B space.</li><li>Translate product USPs into commercial narratives about the features, functions and benefits across each segment and key personas.</li><li>Own B2B narrative internally and externally.</li><li>Work closely with commercial team to develop a solid acquisition and retention strategy to fuel our business growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure Property Finder representation at key industry events and conferences and close collaboration with key industry trade organizations.</li><li>Create and execute Property Finder owned events in close partnership with key stakeholders.</li><li>Develop marketing materials and programs designed to enhance our customers’ understanding of business and products.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional counterparts (Sales, PR, Data, Creative, etc.) to ensure cohesion and scalability for messaging, campaigns and product launches.</li><li>Define clear KPIs and develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive decision making and impact.</li><li>Implement measurement and reporting systems to support the above.</li><li>Maintain accurate budget forecasting and management processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>15+ years’ of relevant experience.</li><li>Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies</li><li>Deep knowledge of the B2B marketing dynamics</li><li>Experience working with senior marketers and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organization</li><li>Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing cross-functional teams</li><li>Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Comfortable with a matrix environment.</li><li>Comfortable with uncertainty</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Principles:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Move fast and make things</li><li>Data beats opinions</li><li>Don’t confuse motion with progress</li><li>Failure is success if we learn from it</li><li>People over pixels</li></ul>
