VoIP Engineer

Job Description

<p>We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our technical team as a VoIP Engineer to deploy and maintain a wide range of Avaya and other voice communications and contact center products.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Installation and maintenance of telecom products</li><li>Implementation of contact centers solutions</li><li>Handle various types of support requests</li><li>Interact with the local telecom providers in the market</li><li>Interact with the regional support teams of our providers</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science</li><li>VOIP and Networking background, CCNA certification is preferred</li><li>Experience in deploying Avaya Solutions is preferred</li><li>An ITI or NTI Diploma is a plus</li><li>Self-motivated, positive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and handle different customer needs and changes</li><li>Ability to deal effectively with all team members, co-workers and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office products</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent command of English</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Interested candidates are kindly requested to send their CV’s on: jobs@aura-tech.net with “VoIP Engineer” written in the mail subject.</p>
