<br><strong>Description And Requirements</strong><p><br></p>The ISG VMware Sales Specialist in Lenovo is responsible for driving the sales of VMware-based solutions through Lenovo’s channel partners, by leveraging their technical knowledge and sales expertise. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, channel partners, and customers to identify business opportunities and provide solutions that meet their needs.<p><br></p>You will be reporting to our ISG Country Manager looking after our enterprise customers,<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies that will drive the growth of VMware sales including Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) sales for Lenovo’s customers</li><li>Work closely with Lenovo’s sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer</li><li>Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of Lenovo’s VMware solutions</li><li>Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on customer feedback</li><li>Track and report on sales activities and progress towards goals</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on VMware solutions and Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs)</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers</li><li>Strong understanding of the VMware market and competitive landscape</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field</li><li>Ability to travel up to 50% of the time</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What Lenovo will offer:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward-thinking IT companies in the world</li><li>Trust and independence</li><li>Flat structures and fast decision-making processes</li><li>An international team with a high focus on Diversity</li><li>An attractive compensation package</li></ul><p><br></p><em>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.</em><p><br></p><strong>Additional Locations</strong>:<p><br></p><ul><li> United Arab Emirates – Dubai</li><li> United Arab Emirates</li><li> United Arab Emirates – Dubai</li></ul>
