Salla is an information technology and services company seeking a highly-skilled Visuals Supervisor to join our team. As the Visuals Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of visual designers, overseeing the production process of visual materials, and ensuring that all designs align with Salla’s brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, excellent communication skills, and experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of visual designers, providing mentorship and support to ensure all creative output is of the highest quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual designs with brand and business objectives
• Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines across all visual materials
• Oversee the production process through concept, design, and final execution
• Spearhead the development of Salla’s visual identity and aesthetics
• Ensure consistency of visual materials across all platforms, including web, print, and social media
• Continuously monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process
