<p><strong><u>POSITION OVERVIEW</u></strong></p><p>The position is responsible to develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and promote the company brand, products and services in-store. Further, train and coach the store team to manage the daily, weekly and seasonal visual planning tasks.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are achieved consistently by creating eye catching displays whilst incorporating commercial sales opportunities.</li><li>Implement the brand specific visual merchandising standards.</li><li>Coordinate store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy.</li><li>Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.</li><li>Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout guide.</li><li>Take photograph in every change done in the merchandise display.</li><li>Make use of creative lighting for windows.</li><li>Maximize placement of new lines, re-merchandise the store when new trends build.</li><li>Create layout of the store according to its categories.</li><li>Ensure proper merchandising of the items.</li><li>Work closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales.</li><li>Work with operations and sales team to achieve commercial goals.</li><li>Involve in pre-opening of the stores and schedule regular visits to ensure that brands’ standards are properly implemented and followed.</li><li>Conduct research of the current market trends and lifestyle.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 4 yearsβ experience in visual merchandising.</li><li>Good knowledge of the Middle East region.</li><li>High sensitivity and understanding of product categories and the regionβs market.</li><li>Proficiency in Pack office and Photoshop β Illustrator.</li><li>Ability to work effectively and efficiently in the field, with a detail orientated approach.</li><li>Strong communicator who possesses the ability to build sound relationships with key stakeholders.</li><li>Adaptable, flexible, pragmatic, and responsive.</li><li>Willingness to participate in innovative projects.</li></ul><p></p>
