<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic inside Visa consultant to advise and guide clients about their overseas options &amp; our services. Your responsibilities will be:</p><p>• Must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.</p><p>• Must know Schengen Visa process rules and regulations.</p><p>• Must have good knowledge in Schengen, UK, USA and European, ETC tourist visa process from UAE. </p><p>• Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.</p><p>• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.</p><p>• Must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities and sign them up</p><p>· Handling client queries over the phone, email, and during Meetings</p><p>· Making outbound calls to either “warm” or “hot” leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up.</p><p>· Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration &amp; visa laws &amp; policies.</p><p>· Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails, and Calls as is needed.</p><p>· Required: Sales / Tele sales / Customer Service / Immigration Experience</p><p>The ideal candidate must have:</p><p><br></p><p>· Should have prior experience in sales of travel and immigration services</p><p>· Bachelor degree or more</p><p>· To proactively carrying out proposing immigration solutions, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client needs</p><p>· To provide the information of the Company Service to the Walk-ins &amp; clients</p><p>· To successfully explain and promote related opportunities for clients.</p><p>· Responsible for reaching the set goals/target on a monthly basis</p><p>· Planning sales activities according to the targets &amp; requirements.</p><p>· Understand their needs and advice on the best option available to them.</p><p>· Ensure continuous follow-up and address all the customers’ concerns.</p>
