Position<p><br></p>CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that belongs to LVMH group driven by a new holistic and creative project led by Hedi Slimane, its Artistic, Creative and Image Director.<p><br></p>CELINE’s ambition is to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.<p><br></p>To make this vision a reality we are looking for enthusiastic, agile and passionate personalities who are eager to evolve in a demanding environment.<p><br></p><strong>YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong><p><br></p>With the current acceleration of business needs, you will support the Middle East Area Manager to optimize performance management in a luxury retail environment, and support online and remote sales processes to ensure an excellent omni-channel customer experience.<p><br></p><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong><p><br></p>BACK OF HOUSE PRODUCTIVITY<p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure stores compliance with corporate process for cycle counts (calendar preparation, execution, correct ajustment reasons and validation)</li><li>Monitor store accuracy throught shrinkage &amp; accuracy rate &amp; implement actions plan at store level</li><li>Organize &amp; support on fiscal stock takes twice a year</li><li>Identify areas of improvements to ensure dynamic deliveries and optimized storage in collaboration with merchandising and &amp; supply teams</li><li>Develop, animate &amp; train back of house teams on processes, tools etc</li><li>Organize and animate one stockday per year &amp; a monthly call with stock managers &amp; assistant store managers</li></ul><p><br></p>CLIENT SERVICE EXCELLENCE &amp; RETAIL PERFORMANCE<p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure store compliance with protocoles (packaging, stationeries and crockery) in collaboration with supply chain and suppliers</li><li>Conduct regular lvmh audits to access compliace with store handbook &amp; lvmh guidelines</li><li>Optimize in-store operations to guarantee success of mobile pos &amp; omnichanel sales</li><li>Analyse key performance indicators (mystery shopping, cross-selling, stock management, financial stocktakes, shop-soiled, cost control,…)</li></ul><p><br></p>Profile<p><br></p>PROJECTS FOLLOW-UP<p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate france &amp; monaco projects with HQ teams &amp; stores</li><li>Analyze impact of projetcs &amp; provide feedback</li><li>Support on stores &amp; pop-up openings, refurbishments &amp; closings</li><li>Participate to different events with clienteling teams</li></ul><p><br></p>STAFF LOOK ORGANIZATION<p><br></p><ul><li>Contribute to optmization of staff looks orders &amp; distribution</li><li>Ensure diversity &amp; guidelines compliance in store suring visits</li><li>Work closely with central team on special look offer for openings &amp; pop-ups</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>KEYS FOR SUCCESS</strong><p><br></p><strong>Education</strong>:<p><br></p><ul><li>Business School or equivalent experience</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience</strong>:<p><br></p><ul><li>Retail experience is highly appreciated</li><li>Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Competencies:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong analytical skills, agility and flexibility</li><li>Detail oriented, highly organized</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of informatics tools and the Microsoft Office pack, especially Excel</li><li>Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including senior leadership and retail associates</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Languages</strong>: English fluency is mandatory, the knowledge of French is a plus<p><br></p>Additional information<p><br></p><strong>Other Information</strong><p><br></p><strong>Addresse : </strong>Design District Dubai<p><br></p><strong>Potential starting date: </strong>1st of November 2023<p><br></p><strong>OUR ENGAGEMENT</strong><p><br></p>CELINE is an equal opportunity employer.
