We are very fast growing and have great potential for you to grow with us ! </p><p>Job Description:</p><p>As a Videographer &amp; Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in creating content for us </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.</li><li>Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video project have a huge understanding of short form content and social media organic growth</li><li>Edit videos using industry-standard software to produce high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content.</li><li>Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance the videos.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual style across all video content.</li><li>Manage and organize video files and maintain an efficient video library.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve video quality and production value.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Proven work experience as a Videographer &amp; Video Editor or similar role.</li><li>Proficient in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.</li><li>Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).</li><li>Ability to shoot and edit videos in various formats and aspect ratios (e.g., square, vertical, horizontal) for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).</li><li>Excellent creative look, understanding social media trends etc </li><li>Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and take direction.</li><li>A portfolio or reel demonstrating your videography and video editing skills is required.</li></ul><p><br></p>
