About the Job As a Motion Graphics Designer & video editor<br><br>You do more than bringing graphics to life or assemble video footages. <br>You use your strong creative background to create powerful stories that capture an audience and leaves them wanting more. <br><br>In addition, you have these skills and experiences: <br><br>• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience <br>• Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications <br>• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity <br>• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film<br> • Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects • Create rough and final cuts <br>• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running <br>• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency. <br>• Respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations <br><br><br>Job Requirements :<br><br> • Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, 2D/3D animation, and Finalcut or adobe Premiere pro )<br> • The ability to partner with other creative team members to create content used across a variety of platforms (Youtube , Facebook , Instagram )<br> • Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills <br>• Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines <br>• Proven work experience as a Video Editor and motion graphic designer <br>• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. , Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut) <br>• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio <br>• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity <br>• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and composition<br>• Creative mind and storytelling skills <br>• BS degree <br>• Excellent English is a must as you will edit videos with both language English and Arabic
