Job Description
<p>Kristieslab is seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos that align with our brand’s vision. You will work closely with the creative team and other stakeholders to create engaging and compelling video content.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that align with the brand’s style and message</li><li>Ensure seamless transitions, proper pacing, and smooth visual flow in the edited videos</li><li>Utilize various editing techniques, including cutting, splicing, adding effects, sound editing, and color correction</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives</li><li>Review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, and rough cuts</li><li>Select and incorporate suitable music, graphics, and other visual elements</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and new editing techniques to enhance video quality and storytelling</li><li>Maintain an organized file structure and adhere to project deadlines</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role in an Agengy</li><li>Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)</li><li>Strong understanding of video editing principles, techniques, and best practices</li><li>Knowledge of various video formats and codecs</li><li>Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and time management skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in film production, multimedia, or a related field</li><li>Experience in creating videos for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)</li><li>Basic knowledge of color grading and color correction</li><li>Experience with audio editing and sound design</li></ul><p><br></p>
