We are now extending our services across the region to a larger B2C audience via our digital product and are planning to expand our range of products and services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and visually captivating video content that aligns with our brand image and resonates with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our media and creative agencies to develop concepts, script ideas, and execute video projects from start to finish. This role requires a strong combination of technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Goal of this role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Your main goal will be to produce exceptional and very engaging films for our social media networks that help MENA Assistance become well-known in our industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Objectives of this role</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Aiming to effectively communicate the intended message or story through visuals, dialogue, music, and other creative elements as videos are powerful tools for conveying messages, telling stories, and delivering information.</li><li>Encouraging audience engagement and interaction by building a loyal and active community around the brand or organization.</li><li>Identifying video excerpts that have the potential to go viral and structure them in the most efficient way to make them appealing to consumers.</li><li>Striving to align video content with the brand’s values, personality, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all video productions.</li><li>Transforming an interesting excerpt into something that is fluid, catchy, appealing, snappy, and instructive for our audience by utilizing a variety of strategies, such as adding music, using photo/video editing tools, or inserting text and captions. Also, it entails taking a significant part in the development of intriguing headlines and guaranteeing that all the assets—including captions and thumbnails—are ready for posting.</li><li>Your job will be to modify your production planning to create marketing-driven videos that will help our marketing initiatives in achieving our business goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Supervision</strong></p><p> </p><p>You will report directly to the Marketing and Communications Executive and Managing Director.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Major Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Producing, and developing video content ideas, coming up with creative concepts, ideation and researching new content and topics, and planning for the video content that aligns with the target audience and goals.</li><li>Understanding the audience, analysing trends, and keeping up with current events.</li><li>Coordinating logistics for video shoots, including scouting locations, arranging equipment, securing permits, and managing production timelines.</li><li>Writing articles, shooting videos, recording podcasts, designing graphics, or creating social media posts.</li><li>Creating and promoting social media content and advertising campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.</li><li>Editing and proofreading to ensure that it is accurate, engaging, and error-free.</li><li>Promoting and distributing content through various channels, such as social media, email, or other platforms.</li><li>Engaging with the audience by responding to comments and answering questions. and actively participating in the conversations.</li><li>Tracking metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions, and adjusting as needed to improve the effectiveness of the content.</li><li>Creating outstanding and distribution-ready video content adapted to the different platforms and video formats (IGTV, IG Reels, Facebook Watch videos, promotional stories, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Organizing and managing the files, including maintaining backups and ensuring that all assets are properly labelled and archived.</li><li>Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production.</li><li>Troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during filming or editing, finding solutions to challenges, and adapting to evolving project requirements.</li><li>Applying creativity and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles and deliver high-quality video content.</li><li>Working closely with internal stakeholders and media agencies, such as the managing director, and marketing and communication executive, to align video content with broader marketing strategies and brand guidelines.</li><li>Creating, reviewing, editing, and updating content for websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms</li><li>Communicating effectively to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.</li><li>Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Tasks</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><u>Filming & Photo Shoot</u></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Preparing and setting up camera equipment, lighting, and sound equipment before the shoot.</li><li>Operating cameras, setting up lighting equipment, capturing footage, and directing talent during video shoots. This includes framing shots, adjusting camera settings, and ensuring high-quality audio capture. Maintain a professional and organized production environment.</li><li>Editing and assembling the raw footage and audio, adding effects and transitions, and ensuring the final product is high quality and meets the objectives.</li><li>Optimizing videos for different platforms and formats to maximize their reach and performance by Utilizing SEO strategies, video optimization techniques, and analytics to ensure that videos reach the target audience effectively and achieve desired objectives.</li><li>Utilizing video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to assemble and edit the raw footage into a cohesive and visually appealing video.</li><li>Enhancing the video’s visual and audio quality through tasks such as colour correction, audio mixing, adding graphics or animations, and incorporating music or sound effects. Ensuring that the final video meets the desired standards of quality and brand consistency.</li><li>Trimming and arranging clips, adding transitions, incorporating visual effects, and synchronizing audio elements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Content Creation</u></p><p> </p><ul><li>Developing storyboards and creating visuals that illustrate the video content and deciding on shots, camera angles, and transitions.</li><li>Collaborating with the creative/marketing team to develop video concepts that align with the organization’s objectives and target audience.</li><li>Brainstorming ideas, creating storyboards, and outlining the vision for the video content.</li><li>Writing scripts or outlines that guide the video production process, crafting engaging narratives, organizing key messages, and determining the visual and audio elements needed to bring the script to life.</li><li>Monitoring social media and company website metrics.</li><li>Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure that our content is innovative and effective.</li><li>Adapting videos to suit various platforms and formats, such as social media, websites, or presentations.</li><li>Optimizing video elements like aspect ratio, resolution, file size, and metadata to ensure optimal performance and compatibility across platforms.</li><li>Working with AI-generated content, such as automated article writing or video synthesis.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-powered tools and analytics in tailoring the content to specific audience segments and optimizing its impact.</li><li>Using AI-powered tools for video editing, voice synthesis, or image recognition to enhance the content creatively and efficiently.</li><li>Produce engaging and impactful social media content, ranging from stills to video to be used across various communication platforms.</li><li>Responding creatively to communications briefs, translating key messages or concepts into strategies.</li><li>Developing and implementing social strategies and content calendar.</li><li>Measuring, tracking, and reporting social media channels on a weekly basis.</li><li>Keeping on top of emerging trends in the media and design trends, to use them within the daily operations, enhance the workflow, and ensure the highest quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Proficiency in video editing software is essential. Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro is required.</li><li>Ability to work and deliver results with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in various content creation tools, such as CMS, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and video editing software.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO and ability to optimize content for search engines.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to analyse content performance metrics and use data to inform content strategy and tactics.</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Education, Qualification, and Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, journalism, or media production.</li><li>Certifications in video production or social media management.</li><li>Relevant experience as a video content creator in automotive, technology, start-up, or logistics industries.</li><li>Proficiency in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms, as well as the ability to create engaging and shareable content.</li><li>Automotive Enthusiast.</li><li>A portfolio of work showcasing skills in video production and social media content creation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Please send your CVs to <strong>careers@menaa.com</strong></p>
