<p>NetCents, a leading provider of cryptocurrency payment solutions, is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to join our executive team. As the VP of Sales, you will drive revenue growth, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead a high-performing sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This key leadership position will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s sales direction and achieving its business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Sales Strategy and Planning:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy, setting clear objectives, targets, and KPIs aligned with overall business goals.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends to drive revenue growth and market penetration.</li><li>Collaborate with the executive team to define sales budgets, sales forecasts, and resource allocation to achieve sales targets.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>2. Team Leadership and Management:</p><ul><li>Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team, including sales managers, account executives, and business development representatives.</li><li>Set performance targets, monitor sales metrics, and provide coaching and support to drive individual and team performance.</li><li>Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the sales organization.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>3. Business Development and Customer Relationship Management:</p><ul><li>Identify strategic partnerships and alliances to expand NetCents’ market reach and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product roadmap.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>4. Sales Performance and Reporting:</p><ul><li>Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.</li><li>Utilize data and analytics to drive sales strategies, optimize sales processes, and improve overall sales effectiveness.</li><li>Identify and address sales bottlenecks, challenges, and areas for improvement.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology or fintech industry.</li><li>At least five years’ experience in B2B and SaaS sales, and payments experience is an asset.</li><li>Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.</li><li>Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Join the NetCents team and be part of our exciting journey to revolutionizing the cryptocurrency payment landscape.
