<strong><u>About The Role<br><br></u></strong>You are expected to define and drive sales for digital portfolio of products. You will be responsible for Managing a team size of 40-50 sales account officers and 3 sales team leaders who will be responsible to engage customers through Inside sales channels. As a Sales Program Manager you will be responsible to ensure that your unit meet its monthly & quarterly revenue targets. You will be responsible to maintain the overall delivery metrics of the sales teams by increasing the productivity and strengthening the operational efficiency of your respective unit to boost customer satisfaction.<br><br>As end-to-end owner, you will work with marketing, product, analytics teams to improve internal efficiency of your team members.<br><br>As an important part of the Digital Banking team, the individual will shape the “Digital Business” build and “Digital Transformation” agenda to increase the number of new customers across the channels and products.<br><br>This role would report into Business & Sales Head and would be responsible driving input and output metrics which impacts business P&L<br><br><strong><u>Job Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> At this Role the candidate is expected to lead a team of Sales team leaders</li><li> Monitor team’s performance regularly and try to provide solutions to any road blocks</li><li> Will hold the responsibility of the quarterly & annually business goals</li><li> Work in close coordination with the growth teams to procure qualified leads</li><li> Execute R&R Contest for Acquisition & Cross sell</li><li> Drive the creation of Staffing plans, rosters, schedules & Change Management Initiatives</li><li> Coach & Mentor Team members to build skills required to maximize output</li><li> Able to handle Dialer Operations Specifically Predictive Mode</li><li> Responsible for managing effective capacity planning, maximizing productivity and lead data refining</li><li> Responsible to Manage Attrition and Absenteeism</li><li> Be responsible for providing Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports on a timely basis to key stakeholders by leveraging digital tools (viz. Power Bl, Analytics, etc.) for business performance reporting, including dashboard of key metrics related to digital & other businesses<br></li></ul><strong><u>Key Skills<br></u></strong><ul><li> Excellent at Inside sales call center Management metrics such as Login Hours, AHT, Rostering etc.</li><li> Understanding of Digital Acquisition Eco-system in both Asset & Liability side of the BFSI sector</li><li> Expert in executing the most effective Digital Sales funnel processes starting from prospective to closure</li></ul>
