Job Description

Achieve the monthly targets with qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the management by promoting sales through regular visit to customer and retail merchandising thereby increasing and maintain the existing customer base in the market. Also, maintains sufficient stock in the van in order to fill requirements of customers to ensure the availability of the product at all retail point.

  • Performs sales activities to ensure that the specific portfolios of business performances are met by following stipulated action in conjunction with the portfolio management, whenever required.
  • Executes daily sales activities and efficient sales process by engaging and coordinating business plans determined by the specific portfolio management following the standard sales procedures.
  • Monitor stock level and replenishments to ensure stocks are properly merchandised.
  • Monitors stock loss and damages and accountable for stocks in his van.
  • Placement and positioning of new product launches as per priority to ensure brand visibility and merchandising in the stores as per the company programs and guidelines.
  • Identify new and prospective customers, educate, create awareness and activate them to increase numeric distribution.
  • Organize and plan the routing to ensure optimum coverage in your assigned area.
  • Responsible in identifying and meeting customer needs and ensuring customers are satisfied by providing efficient service through Guest First mind-set.
  • Meet with the Sales Supervisor for updates on product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information to enhance confidence and performance.
  • Attends dialogue with Sales team to review and discuss sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities through regular team meetings.
  • Receives customer complaints that require support from the Sales team to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure planned visits to customers to maintain and motivate good relations with the customers allotted within the designated geographic area.
  • Follow-up with the trade and timely collect outstanding as per the company provided credit limit. Timely deposit of the cash on hand according to company directions.
  • Coordinate the invoicing and payments process by following to the standard operating procedures in order to complete the transactions in accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales performance and activity reports to the Sales Supervisor for consolidation, review and appropriate action of the business portfolio management.
  • Performs documentation procedures in legal government relation matters pertaining to the sales function by adhering to the prescribed government rules and procedures to minimize legal implications to the business.
  • Tracking and monitoring competitorsโ€™ products and activity.

Skills

  • Customer (Guest) and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, sales control systems and Saudi Automotive Industry.
  • Personnel and Human Resources: Knowledge of principles and procedures in labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Financial and Accounting: Basic knowledge of Accounting and Financial principles and procedures.
  • English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • 4 years experience in Sales
