We have been in the F&B industry since 2017, and we are rapidly expanding and making an impact in the UAE’s hospitality scene as a whole with a variety of hospitality concepts on the way. </span></p><p><span>We are looking for: </span></p><p><span>We are looking for a PRO Specialist to handle legal aspects our company with handling government relations, </span><span>legal paperwork, and documentation of a company. Key responsibilities are business approvals, employee and employer visa services, implementation of government mandates, and license renewal etc.</span>Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Open door for guests and visitors and assist them to enter or leave property.</span></li><li><span>Maneuvering the guest vehicle into the Restaurant parking area.</span></li><li><span>Ensure parking areas/levels are secure, safe, and clean always, and immediately give report of any observed security problems, unauthorized personnel, or safety/vehicle hazards to the supervisor or manager.</span></li><li><span>Keep vehicles and vehicle keys secure and safe.</span></li><li><span>Ensure parking procedures are properly communicated to visitors and guests.</span></li><li><span>Adhere to all company procedures and policies.</span></li><li><span>Report all cases of injuries, unsafe work conditions, and accidents to the manager.</span></li><li><span>Protect company assets and ensure proprietary information are kept confidential.</span></li><li><span>Follow company standard procedure in welcoming and acknowledging all guests and visitors.</span></li><li><span>Be expectant of guest needs and meet them promptly.</span></li><li><span>Provide assistance to people with disability.</span></li><li><span>Getting the vehicles as and when guests are ready to leave.</span></li><li><span>Assisting the guest quickly at Valet check-in and check-out.</span></li><li><span>Employ professional language in communicating with colleagues, guests, and visitors.</span></li><li><span>Employ appropriate etiquette in answering telephone calls.</span></li><li><span>Maintaining the logbook according to the valet’s shifts.</span></li><li><span>Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Minimum of two years’ experience as a Valet position in a restaurant environment.</span></li><li><span>Experienced driving skills for minimum of 5 years in UAE.</span></li><li><span>Valid UAE Driving License for Manual and Automatic</span></li><li><span>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li><li><span>Proactive with a good understanding of the needs of the environment.</span></li><li><span>Strong ability to carry out all types of parking.</span></li><li><span>Pre-employment tests: major employers may require you to take certain </span>assessment tests<span> to be qualified for this position.</span></li><li><span>Willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi</span></li></ul>
