Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX Writer who will be responsible for delivering high-quality content that improves the user experience of our consumer app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear and concise copy for our consumer app’s interface, alerts, notifications, and other communications to improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all content follows the organization’s tonality, voice and reflects brand guidelines.
  • Ensure written copy and visual designs work together seamlessly to create a cohesive user experience
  • Conduct research and evaluate feedback from customers to further optimize and improve content.
  • Work on creating and continuously improving a UX Content Style Guide for Breadfast.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proven experience in UX writing, technical writing, content creation and content strategy.
  • A deep understanding of UX best practices and standards for in-app language
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills in order to measure the impact of content and continuously improve it.
  • Experience working with design and development teams.
