UX/UI Designer (m/w/d)

<p>We are a Startup from Berlin, building the Job-Platform of the 21st century looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join us!</p><p>You will be able to work on interesting projects on your own terms, we expect you to be great at self-organization.</p><p>Ideally you already have a great deal of experience in designing B2C and B2B apps, and have a great portfolio to show.</p><p><br></p><p>We don’t require any formal qualifications like college degrees. We believe in a self-thought approach + a good mindset in terms of getting things done.</p><p>(Obviously it’s not disadvantage to have a degree, though!)</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Iterate on the design of our B2B web-app and B2C app</li><li>Talk to customers</li><li>Work closely with product management, to bring in your own ideas (if you choose to, optional)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience in Figma</li><li>Experience as a UI/UX Designer</li><li>Great Portfolio (most important)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Process</p><ul><li>1. Apply for this position, ideally with a project reference which demonstrates you are able to learn on your own terms</li><li>2. Interview: Our CTPO will get to know you in an informal interview. We are mostly interested in getting to know your skills + accomplishments</li><li>3. Test-projects: If we believe, you are a great fit for the job, you will be given (paid) test projects, to see if you are a great fit for the company</li><li>4. Signing: If the test projects were successful, we will move on with a long-term contract</li></ul><p><br></p>
