Job Description

FlyAkeed, a SaaS company in the travel technologies and managed services industry, is seeking a UX Researcher to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research to understand user needs and behaviors, and using that information to inform the development of user-focused products and experiences. As a UX Researcher at FlyAkeed, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and attitudes
  • Develop and conduct user testing studies to evaluate product features and designs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights
  • Use data to drive decisions and inform product design
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-focused solutions
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience
  • Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders
