The Design Studio focuses on bringing quality, design, strategy, and production to worldwide digital challenges. We create solid and relevant solutions that appeal to both users and businesses. Come join our vivacious team and help us inspire communities.<br><br></strong><strong>Experience : 8-12 years<br><br></strong><strong>Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<br><br></strong><strong>What can you expect in the role?<br><br></strong><strong>We are seeking a passionate, flexible, skilled, eager to learn Lead User Experience Designer to join our team. <br></strong><ul><li>The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the UX Designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective designs that align with our brand and business objectives. </li><li>The Lead UX Designer will be responsible for mentoring junior designers, reviewing their work, ensuring design consistency across all projects, and contributing to the development of design guidelines and best practices. </li><li>The lead designer will contribute to the thought leadership domain of the organization like writing articles, creating content etc. </li><li>You will also ensure connections with the people so that the working environment of the studio is enriching. </li><li>Design innovative and intuitive user interfaces and design strategy for web and mobile solutions, providing design deliverables such as creating wireframes, design systems or style guides, and innovative solutions to existing problems. </li><li>Work hands on plus oversee the UX design process for the project, ensuring design consistency and alignment with brand and business objectives. </li><li>Should be able to contribute to the design studio along with the project work. </li><li>Own the design delivery of the account and manage the communication and networking with the stakeholders <br><br></li></ul><strong>As a User Experience Designer, you will:<br></strong><ul><li>Work hands on plus oversee the UX design process for the project, ensuring design consistency and alignment with brand and business objectives. </li><li>Should be able to contribute to the design studio along with the project work. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What we expect from you?<br></strong><ul><li>8 to 12 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. </li><li>Experience in leading and mentoring design teams. </li><li>Excellent design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools. </li><li>Knowledge of Double diamond process and methodologies. </li><li>Knowledge of design systems. </li><li>Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.. </li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. </li><li>Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus. </li><li>Portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, visual design strategy and design process. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Awesome to have:<br></strong><ul><li>People management skills with direct reports. </li><li>Interpersonal Skills </li><li>Ability to unlearn and learn <br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Segment: </strong> User Experience, Product Development, Engineer, Manager, Technology, Research, Engineering, Management
