Job Description

<strong>Position Summary: Describe the primary purpose of the job.</strong><p><br></p>He/she is Responsible for the operation and maintenance of utilities’ services (HVAC, BMS/EMS, Water System, Boiler, CA System &amp; fire Fighting). He is also responsible to Provide support to engineering projects for both manufacturing and business offices.<p><br></p><strong>Job Specific Technical / Functional / Professional Competencies:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>To assist Engineering Manager in furnishing adequately trained staff, tools and machines</li><li>To coordinate with corporate training department for the training of newly hired staff. </li><li>To provide support for Repair and maintenance of utilities equipment in the plant. </li><li>To act as backup support to manage safe operation and maintenance of all utility equipment for the supply of water, steam, compressed air, vacuum, HVAC, ect. </li><li>Prepare and implement operational and maintenance procedures for equipment and machine specially for utility equipment</li><li>To manage safe operation and maintenance of purified water system</li><li>To manage and do close monitoring and supervision to the external service contractors for specialized equipment in utilities area. </li><li>To management of spare parts inventory for utilities equipment. </li><li>To organize regulatory inspections of boiler for authorized use of steam</li><li>To assist Engineering Manager in the development and execution of projects related to plant infrastructure. </li><li>To assist Engineering Manager for the coordination and implementation of Pfizer Quality standards. </li><li>To manage and coordinate implementation of calibration of various Utility Instruments. </li><li>To perform initial working of capital and plant Budget for Utility Operation. </li><li>Prepare and submit various operational and performance report of utility equipment and its submission at various level as per site procedure</li><li>To assist Engineering Manager in the annual performance appraisals of reporting colleagues. </li><li>To manage EHS issues related to utility area are well managed jobs in utilities area are safe, and also provide technical support during EHS Audits. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>4 – 7 Years Management Utility or Automation services equipment installation and operation</li><li>Engineering Drawing Management Auto CAD Operation. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Essential Personal Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical Experience with hand on experience on Automation &amp; Utility Equipment.
