Job Description
As a User Acquisition Representative at Tamatem, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our mobile games by acquiring and engaging new users. You will be responsible for executing user acquisition campaigns across various advertising platforms, optimizing marketing performance, and analyzing campaign data to acquire high-value users and maximize return on investment for our mobile games. This role requires a strategic mind, analytical skills, and creative flair.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution: Designing, managing, and executing user acquisition campaigns across different digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Apple Search Ads, ad networks, DSPs, etc) to drive downloads and revenue for our mobile games.
Performance Optimization: Work with fellow UA Managers to set objectives and relevant KPIs. Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to ensure achieving main KPIs and maximum ROI.
Drive a relentless culture of experimentation on all key existing channels, while also ideating and establishing new UA funnels for the game(s) you are in charge of.
Budget Management: Assist in managing user acquisition budgets effectively to maximize growth and maintain profitable acquisition channels.
Reporting and Insights: Ensure proper tracking, analysis, and reporting. Generate insightful reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team and key stakeholders. Leverage user behaviour insights and data to personalize campaigns.
Creative Testing: Participate in full-cycle creative production. Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience, report on creative performance, and provide data-driven decisions about further creative development.
Conduct continuous A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, audience targeting, and various marketing elements to continuously improve conversion rates and user acquisition metrics.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging advertising technologies. Leverage this knowledge to enhance our user acquisition efforts.
Collaboration: Collaborate with external partners and internal teams, including game developers, product managers, and data analysts, to align marketing efforts with game development and product strategies, and foster a collaborative approach to marketing initiatives.
