Urban Planning Specialist

Job Description

The candidate will report to the technical lead and will be supporting the technical lead in the delivery of the assigned project sections.

The candidate will be responsible for:

§Responsible for developing quality regional strategies and spatial plans.

§Preparation of work plans and reports for implementation

§Preparation of reports and presentation as required

§Preparation for and attendance at key client meetings.

§Support in stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

§Minimum 7 years of experience

§Masters in Urban planning/ Regional planning

§Hands-on with softwares such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, AutoCad is must. Experience is using GIS software would be beneficial

§Excellent communication skills in English.

§Reading, writing, and speaking fluent Arabic is a plus

§Experience in urban and regional planning projects of similar scale

§Willingness to relocate to Oman for the project duration
