We are a truly global health partner for our customers, ensuring fast and simple access to the best advice, treatment and value for our customer.<p><br></p><strong> Summary: </strong><p><br></p>The UW Analyst will provide underwriting advice by evaluating and managing underwriting risks associated with group medical policies and be a reliable technical partner for the assigned clients.<p><br></p><strong> Main Tasks: </strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Carries out pricing calculations for proposed Group medical business, re-pricing of existing business, and review relevant documents in a timely manner, having regard to risks accepted and maintaining document quality.</li><li> Recommends pricing that meets corporate profitability targets, including negotiated exceptions up to the level of delegated authority.</li><li> Adjusts value of policy when risk is substandard and specify applicable endorsements or apply rating to ensure safe profitable distribution of risks, using reference materials.</li><li> Keeps detailed and accurate records of policies underwritten and decisions made.</li><li> Provides early warnings and issue recommendations on corrective measures.</li><li> Collaborates with reinsurers, underwriting community of the group, programmers, local underwriters, accounts and claims experts.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor degree<p><br></p>Min 2 years of related experience<p><br></p>Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
