UI/UX Designer

Job Description

<p><span>We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.</span></p><p><span>As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered digital products and will collaborate with product managers to help decide what to build next.&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li><span>Conceptualize and design user-centered digital products (web apps, mobile apps, websites) and brands from product discovery to product delivery</span></li><li><span>Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions</span></li><li><span>Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and developers</span></li><li><span>Develop consistent design systems and design documentation.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with product managers , analysts, developers and users to bring great ideas to life</span></li></ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><ul><li><span>2+ years of experience in UX/UI design</span></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with designing for multilingual and multicultural audiences</span></li><li><span>Experience conducting user research and usability testing</span></li><li><span>Experience in creating branding and style guidelines for digital products</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.</span></li><li><span>Experience working in an agile team</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with users and team members of different cultural backgrounds</span></li><li><span>Passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with emerging trends in design</span></li><li><span>Fluency in English and French is a must</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
