<p>If you’re looking to work in a fast-growing env, enter the digital financial sector (digital Islamic banking), learn the latest technologies, and work with industry experts, then we at Digitinary are looking for talented Designer different years of experience</p><br><p> </p><br><p> </p><br><p><span><strong><span>MAIN DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong></span></p><br><p> </p><br><ul><br><li><span><span>Influence cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs, requirements, workflows and strategies that deliver value to our customers</span></span></li><br><li><span><span>Create leading user experiences and interfaces that will be developed into prototypes and future products</span></span></li><br><li><span><span>Influence product direction through a deep understanding of user needs obtained by directing user research priorities and developing user research plans, tracking and utilizing user feedback.</span></span></li><br><li><span><span>Apply user experience standards, interaction design principles, and best practices to ensure an efficient, effective and consistent user experience.</span></span></li><br><li><span><span>Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences.</span></span></li><br><li><span><span>Design and deliver user journeys, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes across a variety of devices and interfaces.</span></span></li><br><li><span><span>Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to clearly communicate the intent of design.</span></span></li><br><li><span><span>Recommend metrics and utilize data to track performance and prioritize future product features</span></span></li><br><li><span><span>Develop UX design best practices and templates.</span></span></li><br></ul><br><p><span><strong><span>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE</span></strong></span></p><br><p> </p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Graphical and Visual design skills, including use of a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Azure, or other tools for graphic design, visual design.</span></p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Experience with designing quality consumer products, using methodologies such as design thinking, sketching and journey mapping.</span></p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing.</span></p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Experience in rapid prototyping and rapid prototyping tools, such as InVision, Axure, Marvel, etc. and design tools (Sketch, Adobe Suite, Craft).</span></p><br><p><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Experience working in an Agile setting.</span></p><br><p> </p><br><ul><br><li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li></ul>
