Warranty Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and efficient estimations for all automotive warranty jobs, adhering to the Warranty Policy to ensure that all warranty requirements are met.

* Ensure all warranty claims meet the requirements specified in the Warranty Policy and comply with the guidelines provided by automotive manufacturers.
* Maintain detailed documentation of estimation reports, outlining the necessary repairs, parts, labor, and any other relevant information required for warranty claims.
* Collaborate with the service and repair team to identify any discrepancies or missing information in warranty claims and provide necessary feedback for improvement.
* Provide guidance and support to customers, technicians, and other stakeholders regarding warranty claim procedures, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
* Review warranty estimates to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards, minimising errors and potential claim rejections.
