* Develop and implement the operational strategy for marine operations, encompassing transport, asset management, and operational control, to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
* Oversee the achievement of targeted results in all key performance areas, aligning with the organisational plan.
* Manage and improve maintenance work procedures, optimising resource utilisation and work quality while adhering to local regulations and administrative decisions governing marine operations in Dubai.
* Enhance the passengers’ information system, striving for customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements.
* Develop and monitor the annual budget and forecast, evaluating the implementation and recommending improvements related to marine operations and maintenance.
