Our interns will gain an understanding of how ALEC ensures top performance, how clients’ needs are met and how we have encouraged a safe and productive work environment within this large and complex organization. ALEC will furnish their interns with individual development plans, on the job training, coaching, mentoring and, leadership meet and greets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>We are looking for innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following: </strong></p><ul><li>Pursuing or graduated with Bachelors/ Master’s Degree</li><li>Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment, to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload even when faced with conflicting priorities.</li><li>Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving</li><li>Can work independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change</li><li>Enjoys collaborating with others to find innovative solutions</li><li>Previous work experience – a summer job, internship, if it’s an experience in a related field or business is a plus</li><li>UAE National with Family Book</li></ul><p><br></p><p>You’re vital to the development of ALEC and the future of our society.
