As the Data Governance Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining effective data governance practices, ensuring the quality, security, and integrity of our data assets.

Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy aligned with objectives.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness, resolving issues promptly.Establish data classification and security controls for compliance.Implement a robust data governance framework.Conduct training to promote data governance awareness and best practices.Monitor and ensure compliance with data governance policies and laws.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and support.Track KPIs to measure data governance success and suggest improvements.Stay updated on industry best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Profile
UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in data governance, data management, or a related role.Deep understanding of data governance principles, data quality, data security, and data privacy regulations.Experience with data governance tools, metadata management, and data cataloging solutions is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address data-related challenges.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving data-driven decision-making.
