<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>BizDaddy is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive UAE Business Setup Sales Consultant to join our team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding the unique needs of our clients, guiding them through the intricacies of setting up a business in the UAE, including selecting the appropriate license type, jurisdiction, and providing advice on VAT and taxation compliance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Conduct sales calls to potential clients and assess their unique business needs.</li><li>Provide comprehensive guidance to clients on the UAE business setup process, including FreeZone and general trading licenses.</li><li>Assist clients in choosing the right license type and jurisdiction based on their business model and objectives.</li><li>Educate clients on UAE’s VAT and taxation compliance, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and potential benefits.</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of UAE’s corporate banking landscape to guide clients in setting up their business banking.</li><li>Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth business setup process for clients.</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of changes in UAE’s business regulations and laws.</li><li>Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a dedication to the growth of our business.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Customer Centricity:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for a candidate who has a track record of customer obsession and action bias. We value speed and adaptability in our rapidly evolving business environment.</li><li>Prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.</li><li>Demonstrating the ability to anticipate customer needs and providing solutions before they become problems.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably in the UAE business setup sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of the UAE business environment, including Freezone and general trading licenses, corporate banking, and VAT/taxation compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and meet the unique needs of each client.</li><li>Proficiency in English is must </li><li><span>Proficiency is Arabic is plus</span></li></ol><p><br></p>
